Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a complete understanding of the client profile prior to entering into business partnership
Meet sales targets set and ensure a steady increase in numbers throughout the year
Build company profile and brand image in the market through sustained campaigns
Provide strategic inputs based on market demands.
Meeting all our partners to understand any issues or concerns intimated by them.
Training the bus operator to utilize the product offering available from redBus
Capture relevant data and generate timely MIS

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
Two Wheeler is a must.
Good command over Local language.
Age Limit between 21 to 26 years only.
