Roles & Responsibilities:
Work with the Brand Marketing team to create engaging communication for consumers.
Provide content and creative ideas for brand & product E-mailers, CRM E-mailers, in-app notifications, overall communication for ad campaigns (print, TV, digital, and BTL), write copy and content for marketing collaterals such as Ads, brochures, newsletters etc.
Update website and collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
Work closely with the PR team/agency to strategize and plan focus areas for PR.
Draft PR notes & responses.
Come up with relevant and topical posts and publish them on the social handles (For India, and other international markets).
Write blogs, articles, create templates, travel guides, and product-related communication
Create content calendars
Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios to generate revenue.
Expertise in Copywriting
Excellent spoken and written English
Marketing/corporate communications background preferable
Experience with Social Media postings, creating content calendar for Blogs/Social Media.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
